Mr. Canon is the Founder of Vertex Financial Corporation, an accounts receivable and invoice factoring company, which he founded in 1989. Mr. Canon's background includes considerable experience in financial institutions such as Smith Barney and Paine Weber, evaluating investment portfolios as well as owning and running various small businesses. He continues to oversee the operations of Vertex, working closely with our client companies to improve their cash flow and overall operations.

Ms. Wilson is the President and manages the operations and underwriting departments for Vertex Financial. She has worked in the Commercial Finance Industry for 24 years, holding progressively more responsible positions with four companies. She has an extensive range of formal training and experience in commercial credit and collections, auditing, management, marketing and customer service.

Robert is the Chief Financial Officer and has over 25 years of senior level financial management and operational experience in various industries for both public and private concerns. Prior to joining Vertex, he spent the past 15 years operating in entrepreneurial environments serving as CFO for three different technology start-up companies; two of which were ultimately acquired by global, publicly-traded concerns. Robert holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University. Robert is a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma and serves as a Board Trustee for Faith Fellowship Church in Lucas, TX.

Janette is the Executive Vice President of Vertex with over 26 years experience in sales and marketing and over 20 years spent in the factoring arena. Her breadth of knowledge covers all aspects of factoring transactions, including marketing and business development. She has a long track record of working with companies who enjoyed tremendous growth during her tenure. Janette services clients throughout the United States from her office in Dallas, Texas.

Sylvia is a business development officer with 15-years experience in financial sales and equipment financing throughout the U.S. and Canada. While completing her degree at UNLV, she began working in finance in 1995 with Bank of America. Stock is no stranger to the manufacturing business as her family has owned sawmills for three-generations. She has helped facilitate financing for clients within that industry, as well as the construction, packaging, print and technology sectors. She is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and services clients throughout the United States.
